Southwest Louisiana is well-represented at the Ladies' Top 28 state basketball tournament in Monroe and Ruston this week.
The SWLA participants are two-time defending Class B champion Fairview, Hathaway from Class B, Jennings and Saint Louis in Class 3A, South Beauregard and Oakdale in Class 2A, and Elizabeth in Class C.
The Ladies' Top 28 features consists of four teams from each of the seven high school athletic classes in Louisiana. Games will be played at the Fant-Ewing Coliseum in Monroe, and at Louisiana Tech in Ruston.

5pm, Monday, March 2 - 2A Semi-final: #12 Oakdale VS. #1 John Curtis
8pm, Monday, March 2 - 2A Semi-final: #2 South Beauregard VS. #6 St. Thomas Aquinas
8pm, Wednesday, March 4 - 3A Semi-final: #1 Jennings VS. #4 Saint Louis
5pm, Wednesday, March 4 - Class B Semi-final: #1 Fairview VS. #4 Weston
6:30pm, Wednesday, March 4 - Class B Semi-final: #2 Hathaway VS. #3 Zwolle
5pm, Thursday, March 5 - Class C Semi-final: #6 Elizabeth VS. #2 Saline
